CBI- BSO CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAM:
CBI has identified the following business support organisations (BSO) which can impact export of engineering sector exports from Pakistan:
- Pakistan Association of Automotive Parts & Accessories Manufacturers (PAAPAM)
- Pakistan Foundry Association (PFA)
- Engineering Development Board (EDB)
- Small & Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA)
- National Productivity Organization(NPO)
- Trade Development of Pakistan (TDAP)
Objective of the BSOD Program is to build capacity of local BSOs to continue to support the engineering manufacturing and export sector of Pakistan. Successful implementation can result in sustainable development and growth of engineering goods export from Pakistan.
Along the way, more BSOs can be trained through locally trained resource persons.
